Zhiqi Zheng, Esq., is a Senior Associate at Torres & Zheng at Law LLC (“T&A Business Law”). Her practice focuses on SEC-registered initial public offerings and listings on the NYSE, NASDAQ, and the Stock Exchange of Hong Kong, mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance, and general corporate matters.

Before joining T&A Business Law, she worked with major law firms based in Beijing, China, representing clients across various industries, including biotech, medical devices, hospitals, retail, real property management, automobile dealerships, and TMT. Her primary role involved assisting clients in completing their initial public offerings (“IPO”) in Hong Kong (“HK”). Notably, she represented issuers and underwriters in HK IPO offerings, such as Akeso, Inc., CanSino Biologics Inc., Excellence Commercial Property & Facilities Management Group Limited, Antengene Corporation Limited, Joinn Laboratories (China) Co., Ltd. (H-shares), and numerous other deals.

Zhiqi received her LL.M. degree from Emory University School of Law. She is qualified to practice law in China and is admitted to practice in the State of New York.
