Chen Li

Chen Li is a China licensed attorney, who specializes in China-related cross-border corporate securities. He is currently based out of our Beijing, China location. Chen Li is our China Legal Advisor.

Over the years, Chen Li has worked at several of China’s largest law firms, where he routinely assisted clients in conducting various, cross-border transactions. Chen Li has advised dozens of well-known multinational enterprises, large state-owned enterprises, leading private enterprises, and private equity funds as well as other clients on their investments in China and around the world spanning industrials including pharmaceuticals, food and consumer goods, new energy, machinery manufacturing, and household appliances.

Chen Li has accumulated rich experience in legal services and project management. He is especially good at handling large and complex domestic and overseas mergers and acquisitions by designing feasible transaction structures, solving thorny problems, and negotiating with different stakeholders.

Focused on meeting clients’ needs, Jeff provides clients with practical solutions, efficient project management, and a proper risk management plan to facilitate the successful completion of the transaction and realize clients’ goals.
