Yunni Mu is a Law Clerk at Torres & Zheng at Law (“T&A Business Law”), specializing in
corporate and transactional matters, including Initial Public Offerings (IPOs), cross-border
acquisitions, and general corporate affairs. Raised in China and fluent in both Mandarin and
English. She utilizes her language skills and cultural insights to adeptly assist China-based

Yunni earned her LL.M. degree from Cornell Law School. Before joining T&A Business Law,
Yunni was a Law Clerk to the Honorable Nina Wright-Padilla, Philadelphia Court of Common
Pleas, serving as a clerk with both the President Judge, Philadelphia Court of Common Pleas,
and the Supervising Judge, Commerce Division.
